Could this be used hanging picture frames on dry wall with texture?

Hi
It depends to how big the texture is. If textures are very big and thick then not recommended because when air went in, whatever you mount will fall off. If textures are very tiny then you can try. Use your finger to touch on the texture, if you can feel texture then i suggest you not to mount on that area.
