Is this a universal kit?
Answer: Yes for the listed calibers.
Is this kit universal or just limited to Ruger?
Answer: It’s pretty much universal. There are brushes for varying calibers included, although there is no brush for the .38 caliber. Thought that was strange since the kit was advertised as specially for the Ruger .38.
Will this kit do the job on my Ruger SR9, 4 inch barrel?
Answer: Yes,
The kit is pretty much complete and comes with everything you need to clean handguns and low caliber rifles.
